Terms of Use and End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Placer 3D, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the application.

2. Service Description

Placer 3D provides room scanning, 3D model generation, and cloud-sharing features.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this service. Users under 18 require parental consent.

4. Account and Authentication

  • Authentication is provided via Sign in with Apple.
  • Guest mode may be available with limited functionality.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Apple ID credentials.

5. Subscription and Billing

  • Placer 3D offers auto-renewable subscriptions (monthly/yearly).
  • Payments are handled by Apple App Store.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal.
  • Cancellation and refunds are governed by Apple policies.

6. User-Generated Content

  • You retain ownership of content you create.
  • By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to host and display it solely for service functionality.
  • You must not upload illegal, infringing, or harmful material.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, design, and trademarks in Placer 3D are owned by Mecostech Yazılım Teknolojileri Sanayi Ve Ticaret AŞ and are protected by law.

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer or modify the App.
  • Use the App for unlawful activities.
  • Interfere with service security or functionality.

9. Availability and Modifications

We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the service at any time without prior notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

11. Warranty Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

12. Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul.
